Jay-Z angry with Rihanna for going back to Chris Brown

For approximately seven years, Rihanna’s name has been linked with Jay-Z. The two formed an instant bond when the Bajan beauty first auditioned for him and impressed him enough to offer her a record contract. But as the lusty beauty has grown and emerged into a superstar and fashion icon, and as Jay began to settle down to life with gorgeaus Beyonce, Rihanna has become less of a friend and more of an artist.

It is no secret that Rihanna has admired Jay-Z tremendously. The two have worked together on a number of songs and videos, including “We Run This Town.” The collabo has been nothing short of magical, and may have continued had it not been for Rihanna’s rebellious ways.

When Rihanna and Chris Brown hooked up, back in 2006, the two began traveling together and made no secret of their torrid, passionate romance. Although their teams probably felt they were spending too much time together, Rihanna was not willing to give up a hot boyfriend like Chris Brown, who was destined to be the biggest artistes in R&B. But the relationship was volatile, and a concerned Jay-Z allegedly steered her away from going back to Chris after she was viciously assaulted. But although Rihanna left Chris, she then started dating and flirting with other famous men, including Drake, Matt Kemp and too many others to count.

Jay was becoming more domestic and his artist was sowing her wild oats. Before long, Jay, who continually scouts for talent and fresh faces, learned of a new artist who could be the next to blow. A meeting with another gorgeous beauty from across the seas came to his attention. After wooing her over, Rita Ora signed to his label, Roc Nation.

Several years in the making, Rita is ready and Jay has been taking her around to meet indusrty VIPs and radio personnels. Taken aback by the beauty of the artist who bears striking resemblance to Rihanna in certain photos, the public is going wild over this unusual English beauty.

Rita Ora is real “hot right now” to coin a phrase from one of her UK singles. And with the United States release of the Notorious B.I.G. remake, “party & Bulls” she is fire right now.

Although US music fans are just really getting to know Rita, she actually appeared in the film Spives overseas and has made the rounds auditioning for films, music videos and talent competitions. She had worked with Criag David and has worked the bar circuit until an A&R person hooked up her meeting with Jay-Z.

In order to become more visible for his fledging artist to get her shine, Jay gave Rita an opportunity to do a commercial for Roc Nation and to appear in his video “Young Forever” and as well as “Over” by Drake. Ironically, both Rita and Rihanna, whose first name both begins with ‘R’, share many similarities. In addition to their startling good looks, both have experience in the acting field. Ironically, the two rival for Jay-Z’s mentorship and attention and have both been linked in recent weeks to Rob Kardashian, the famous Kardashian sisters’ younger brother. According to the blogs both ladies have been romancing the reality star.

Although some wonder why is Jay-z taking such an interest in this hot new star, others realized he’d probably start turning away from Rihanna given the decisions she’s made over the past several years. Her relationship with Chris Brown has been detrimental to say the least. When he learned that Rihanna was interested in rekindling a “friendship” with Chris Brown, he allegedly voiced his concerns. According to a source, “he understands the need for forgiveness, but he is adamant that Rihanna shouldn’t forget what Chris did to her. Jay wonders what kind of message this is sending to Rihanna’s young female fans.”

Allegedly disturbed and upset, Rihanna’s “mentor” Jay-Z flew to California to stop the release of Rihanna and Chris’ song, ‘Birthday Cake” remixes. According to Radaronline, a source very close to the “situation” has gone on record to say, ‘Jay was absolutley disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn’t understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it goes against who he is and about. Chris is absolutely dead to Jay; he wants nothing to do with him ever.”

Bloggers who have weighed on the weird situation say that they believe that “Jay is deeply disappointed in her actions. He can’t fathom why Rihanna is doing the things she is doing.”

 The special people in Rihanna’s life find her determination to stick by Chris very troubling considering their history. It’s even more infesting that she is unwilling to listen to her mentor/manager Jay-Z. It’s as if she is delibrately defying him by continuing along this course. Sources say Rihanna “has made it very clear to everyone around her that she doesn’t want to hear any negative about Chris. She isn’t interested in listening to fears her friends have about the two young singers spending time together.

With the imminent success of Rita Ora, it may not matter whether Rihanna makes rash decisions or not. So far, Rita Ora is destined for success, given the buzz that’s building and the star power behind her project. Rihanna’s friends Drake and The-Dream are just two of the producers on board with the project that smells of victory.
